X O Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWe walked in as two people getting a full set. The woman spent almost 2 hours just doing my sisters nails and by that time, it was nearly 8 o’clock at night. Then, she said that she couldn’t paint my sisters nails, but had somebody else do it. They could not even do a simple marble design that I wanted, so instead they did a monochromatic color. There aren’t even a wide variety of colors either. I did not appreciate this. While the woman was painting my sisters nails, she began mine. Once again, she took her time, but it was getting late. She then kept telling me to not watch the TV, and to just watch her do my nails. If that was the case, then why is there a TV there in the first place? As time progressed, she then said I could not dry my nails at the salon because she wanted to go home. That is disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not understand what happened, but she then let me use the fan in the back to dry my nails for a few minutes. Overall, I would give them 2 stars, one for effort and the other for letting us come in. We walked in as two people getting a full set. The woman spent almost 2 hours just doing my sisters nails and by that time, it was nearly 8 o’clock at night. Then, she said that she couldn’t paint my sisters nails, but had somebody else do it. They could not even do a simple marble design that I wanted, so instead they did a monochromatic color.
