Normally, when I come here I always have a pleasant experience but the last time I was discriminated against by the owner. Once my daughter and I were done with our pedicures, I realized I left my wallet in the car. I let the technician know my wallet is in the car, “I’ll be right back”. She said okay. Sent my daughter to the car. She couldn’t find it, I told the owner I’ll be back and stepped outside. While walking to the car the owner ran out the establishment like I was going to run off but once she seen me coming back she ran back inside. Once I returned with my wallet to pay, I let the owner know “I’m not that type of person and I have been here multiple times.” She just smiled. I will take my money else where not worth the mistreatment.

I had the worst experience my 2 daughter were treated badly like they were the worst she kept pulling on there nails and ruined it and Blamed it on them and there nails were the worst and they don’t know how to treat people right we had the worst customer service they would not even let me get up I was treated very poorly I would never go to x nails ever again my nails are cricked and aren’t even the same size they were so controlling and my nails are so pointy I could cut someone I would never recommend this for any one my nails look extremely thick one nail is bigger than the other one she would not let me go to my sister she told me you stay on the chair she acted like we were crazy and about to run away she had this huge attitude against me.

I was not satisfied with the cleaner that came out on Friday and I called to complain in their setting somebody new out on Wednesday the 1st time I used them they didn’t excellent job so I’m hoping they live up to my expectations

Customer service from owner was bad. We booked appointment for noon. None of the staff was available. When the owner was “starting” the services. She took a jet from another chair to put into my chair. I asked if I may see it open before using it. She put the plastic liner in, about 2 inches of water, dropped half the jet in and walked away to start a new clients nails instead of mine. Won’t be back.

Usually a great place. The girl who did my pedi did an excellent job. The girl who did my mani and brows, let’s just say I was NOT happy. She had to redo my nails after doing them the first time and had to redo one a 3rd time!!! Wasting a lot of my time/day!!! She left wax on me and got ot in my hair and didn’t even try to get it out!! And there was NO discount for wasting MY time!!!
