I have never had a nail artist be so blatantly rude and disrespectful. She started shaping my nails round without me asking and when I let her know I actually wanted coffin she rolled her eyes, sighed, and then said “you should have told me earlier.” She then went on to use a colored acrylic powder (probably because that’s what I had before the fill) and when I told her I wanted gel color she rudely wiped off the acrylic powder and started shaking her head as if she was irritated with ME. I’ve never heard of somebody providing a service and start doing whatever they wanted without asking what it is that YOU want and then getting mad when you correct her. Horrible experience.
