My husband and I stepped into this place for pedicures after walking into another not too far where we did not feel welcomed. X Nails was very welcoming the second we stepped through the door. Who I can only assume is one of the owners asked immediately if we wanted 2 pedicures to which we replied YES!! He was extremely enthusiastic and they sat us in their chairs immediately while handing us the menus and pointing out which products they were going to use. Both women who did the pedicures were very thorough and professional…and they even gave complimentary beer or water while getting them. The chairs double as massage chairs, which were wonderful and comfortable. They had sports going on the TV and the male kept making sure we were alright as well. They got us both in for manicures after our pedis and it was amazing. Great customer service, amazing pedis, and wonderful manicure that has lasted a week even though I did not get gel or acrylic, just regular polish! We will continue to use X Nails from now on! (The picture is my mani from one week after)

Very good customer service but the older lady sabotaged my nails and there real and she didn’t want to soak off my polish but instead drill them off which weakens your nails the work is very sloppy they should of offered it for free if I didn’t have somewhere to be they would be redoing them but I will be back Monday to have this design took off I look like a by the way those are suppose to be sunflowers
