We came in a little later in the day and although my nail tech was super nice, my friends techs were actually super mean to them so that kind of sucks so just beware. First time getting my nails done and me and my friends came here, I love my nails and my nail tech was super nice I wish I knew her name. We came in a little later in the day and although my nail tech was super nice, my friends techs were actually super mean to them so that kind of sucks so just beware. My friends nails were super nice also! Def recommend.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismYesterday was my first time going to X-nails and it was on a whim but honestly I’m glad traffic stopped from making my other nail appointment because this is the happiest I have been with my nails in 3 years . They are perfect and I’m obsessed with them, even though they had to stay later to finish up my full set of acrylics they still gave me and my nails the attention they deserve and I have found my new favorite nail salon and they got a forever customer out of me.** Update ** Not very friendly anymore, staff was very rude and I have not tried going back since April when some friends and myself only got our pedicures completed in a rush and then told we would have to come back the next day for our acrylic sets because they were too busy to finish our appointment but kept taking customers the entier time we waited to even get our pedicures started. Yesterday was my first time going to X-nails and it was on a whim but honestly I’m glad traffic stopped from making my other nail appointment because this is the happiest I have been with my nails in 3 years . They are perfect and I’m obsessed with them, even though they had to stay later to finish up my full set of acrylics they still gave me and my nails the attention they deserve and I have found my new favorite nail salon and they got a forever customer out of me.

I usually come in with a design in mind and they always do a great job, but the real impression they make on me is how long the nails last. I get gel and anywhere else gel might last me 2 weeks tops before the edges are lifting. Here I never have any lift at all. It’s not the most fancy salon but it doesn’t matter because I’ve always had a great experience at a very reasonable price. I usually come in with a design in mind and they always do a great job, but the real impression they make on me is how long the nails last. I went in as soon as they opened at 9am with many others. Within 30 minutes, they had every station filled to expedite the nail removal process even though they only had 4 workers! I was in an out within the hour even though they had more customers than employees! I have bounced around between salons as I work afternoons so I have to go very early in the morning but I will never go anywhere else besides here for my nails. I went in as soon as they opened at 9am with many others. Within 30 minutes, they had every station filled to expedite the nail removal process even though they only had 4 workers!
