De is amazing and I have never seen any other stylists make your hair exactly how you describe you want it and consistent every time. The place is clean and comfortable unlike most salons. You get 1 on 1 experience without feeling like you are just a number.

I have been a long time customer of Nefiesa. Visited salon for service and product she used turned my hair YELLOW!!! Since I already paid her she said I could return. On day of appt. she was not there. She texted me later and said she would refund my money. When I did return a couple of weeks later (after she failed to respond to my text messages) she said the refund was no longer available because I waited to long. SERIOUSLY? When you don’t give the service you are paid for it’s called STEALING and LYING!!!! My suggestion…..Get the service BEFORE you pay her. She is the originator of the “Bad Hair Day”!
