Zero stars. I’ve been to this salon twice and the first time they were very unwelcoming, let another client come over and interrupt my manicure multiple times and left working with me multiple times to talk to them and help them instead. Very unprofessional and insulting to be left sitting there waiting in the middle of getting my nails done. on top of this the employees talked about extremely inappropriate and personal things that should not be discussed in a work place and made me very uncomfortable. Second time, booked someone else for another chance and got an INFECTION on FOUR of my nails. Not sure if she didn’t know what she was doing or just didn’t care about sanitation but I will NEVER be going back and telling anyone that asks not to go here. The draw is the price and it is NOT worth it for the experience or job that’s done… I don’t know when this will heal and would love my money back for doing this to me and the awful experience both times.

I’ve been to this salon twice and both times the staff have been extremely unwelcoming and rude. The girl who did my nails did not speak to me the whole time and wouldn’t take my own suggestions for my nails. I was displeased after what i received and just vowed to go somewhere else. Stop hiring teenagers with no experience and poor customer service skills.

Love this place! Moving back to the area again, and I wasn’t sure where to go that would do a good job. A friend told me about this place and I am so happy I gave it a try. The staff is very friendly, it’s clean and welcoming inside, and they did a great job on my nails. I like short, clean nails and they made my set look so natural. Will definitely be back and absolutely recommend.

Nails are all bumping and completely bad. My mom has been going there for awhile now and each person there that she has tried does them bad. I wouldn’t go if I was you. I only met three ladies when I went and Shayla is super nice but the nails look so rushed. Every other person just seemed so rude Dip powder, Acrylic nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for my fiancé for her birthday and received a confirmation for a 4:30 appointment. She went into the salon today at 4:10. They stated she was a no show for her appointment at 3:15. After showing her confirmation text they called the tech to come back in and argued until notifying my fiancé that the tech will have to bring her son with her and they don’t know why she would be scheduled at that time, because she only works until 5. As though she knows schedules. After the second tech looked at the confirmation, she said it was for the pedicure and not nails. Again, twenty minutes early for the time stated, and tech was not even in the building. After driving one hour for her birthday appointment, she left with no services rendered. I am appalled at the way she was treated as a bother and was argued with about the time of appointment- even with the confirmation text (only confirmation text). I shared a glowing review about a year ago. Sadly I had to recant that review. I went in a few weeks ago and was so disappointed. The techs were more interested in planning their vacation than their clients. I had a pedicure and my granddaughter had a manicure. My polish smudged before I ever left and they “fizxxed ut my tech didn’t polish the ends if my nails which caused them to chip within a couple of days. Sad because I previously really likes this place.
