She nailed it on the first cut just by showing her a photo and listening to my concerns. I took my mother and she was extremely happy with her as well. EDIT: The manager offered to give me a full refund, but I will never go back. The stylist here fried my hair to the point that it was white and breaking off. Even though I was booked for four hours, she rushed me out in under two by using foils and putting me under a heat lamp (when I was supposed to be getting a balayage service), claiming that she needed to “speed things up” and that there was “no time” to account for the highlights that I already had. My number one priority that I communicated with this stylist was that I wanted subtle balayage highlights and to preserve my natural hair color (strawberry blonde). I cannot understand why she over-foiled my hair and created a line of demarcation with new highlights. They were also dismissive when I went back to get it fixed. My hair was the epitome of health before I went here. They have absolutely no business charging the prices that they charge for such poor quality work! They know nothing about customer service! I regret trusting them with my hair.

I went there after being told by the receptionist that the person who would be cutting my hair knew how to cut curly hair. I was lied too. I went in with waist length hair and came out with shoulder length. After asking and showing about 3 inches that I wanted off. I asked for my money back and the owner refused. So I left a poor review. She asked me to take it down so she could keep her reviews high. I would not trust this place or it’s reviews based on this alone. I would like to say they continously tried to convince me all I got was a trim and my hair wasn’t that much shorter. My hair went from being 22 inches long to 10. I measured. That’s a whole foot of hair. The customer service here is terrible and the owner removes poor rreviews. Find another place for haircuts.
