Had Nancy to start, reviews are correct that there’s no talking to customer, but I prefer that anyways- so glad I brought my ear pods! She started my pedicure doing it til the massage part… Then she went to the back room for 10 minutes and was loudly screaming & arguing… She returns with a young male who takes over while she attended to 2 new customers. I thought everything went ok, a little painful but alright… when leaving though, I could see why. When she was grating my feet (littlerally tool looked like a big cheese grater!) I noticed she took a chunk of the side of my foot & then also noticed my toes did not look clean but dark/dirty around edges??? That’s a first!

I went here today just for the heck of it! They advertised $10 manicures, so I figured it wasn’t a huge loss if I hated it. I’ll start with the positive: the staff that was there were super friendly! There were only two, but they talked with me and it was really nice! I also was the only person in there at the time, which may have been a factor. The inside of the place did feel older/ maybe not as clean as I could be. There were not many colors to pick from and the nail polish seemed old. It’s definitely not as good as my normal nail place. The woman doing my nails made them look really nice, but they didn’t last more than 2 hours before they were ripped up. They just didn’t last mad I don’t know if it’s the stuff they used of what. I followed her instructions when she finished. I brought my little cousin and she accidentally bumped her nail while the lady was there, but the lady doing hers did not offer to fix it. Again, it wasn’t horrible, especially not for the price, but I also don’t recommend it.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHad a pedi done, was excited to have a $20 pedicure (that was falsely advertised), I got shellac as well which is now chipping terrible ! They ended up telling me at the end of the appointment that my total was $40?! I asked I thought it was $20? And they said $20 extra for shellac ! Which I was unaware…I will not be coming back!

10 out of 10 don’t recommend. How is this place still in business? I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming in but it was really close to my house. Didn’t think it could’ve been this bad. I came in for a quick fill. Lady was very agressive with my hands and nails. She was on the phone the whole time and was pausing while doing my nails. They were sloppy, and bumpy. I ended up leaving before she could even start painting them. Very disappointing.

I got my feet done but at one point I was thinking about refusing the service. I decided to continue. The equipment was old. Overused products are visually unsanitary. I took the big risk of letting them continue on my feet as a diabetic. I would love to return if they can replace all their products and thoroughly sanitize the tubs and chairs. The massage chairs are very uncomfortable which have some knob poking your butt. I felt like unplugging that thing. Great location, I just feel the board of health needs to make a secret visit there as a customer and give them the honest opportunity to get things right.
