I absolutely love Wynyer studio! All the women there are amazing. My hair stylist Brandy is a god sent! I had a previous hairstylist from another salon put extensions in my hair. They were “unable to get me in” for 8 months. After that long with extension they will start madding together. Brandy took the time to take every one out without damaging my hair and removed every knot without having to cut them out!! Also the nail Tech Jasmine is amazing! I had a mani and a pedi. She massaged my legs and feet for a solid 45 mins! I am 100% happy with my service and will continue to visit and recommend to everyone I know!

Unfortunately, I cannot emphasize enough to avoid Wynter. It makes me sad. I had wanted to have a meaningful conversation about my experience with a satisfactory resolution. My stylist, Brianna, did not listen to me at all and did not do the blond I wanted. She didn’t do blond at all. She did a brownish red. Then I also requested my grays to be covered, which she said she could not do. Another stylist happened to be there – Jenny – and said Brianna actually could and have her steps to do it (color for new growth coverage). It’s concerning that she did not know that. First unfortunate thing was I told her I HAD to leave at 2 to pick up my kid from school. She didn’t honor that. I was late. I ended up not having my card, so I had to pay later, but I ended up expressing how badly it turned out. I showed a picture of the extreme difference and my grays. Instead of offering to fix it, they filed a police report and are forcing me to pay without fixing it. They refused to discuss it. So I have to spend more at another salon. Another unfortunate thing is I had professional pictures done the next day and my hair looked awful.
