Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’ve been a client of Emily’s for over a year and am very pleased with the results obtained from electrolysis. These are the best result I’ve seen compared to some of the other places I’ve visited over the past few years. What stands out is that she always reinvests in her business by upgrading the electrolysis machine every few years and believe me that makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE. She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to educate and listen to her clients. During the Covid-19 pandemic she went above and beyond to ensure the safety of her patients and took all precautionary steps to reduce the spread of the virus. Critical: ProfessionalismGot a call a 2 hours before my appointment to ask if I was vaccinated. At the time I was in the middle of vaccinations (waiting on second shot) and didnt know that I needed to be vaccinated before scheduling. No information on the website or anything. The consultant on the phone didnt care and even asked why I didnt get the one time shot (johnson and johnson) I was upset because it isnt easy scheduling these types of appointments which I scheduled over a week ago.
