Got my nails done last night, I believe by the owner, she did a wonderful job on them! I got stiletto nails done, they weren’t able to do ombre like I wanted but they did everything else really well!

I am extremely disappointed in the services provided here. This was my first experience at a nail spa, so I was a little confused about the process and had little to no help. When I walked in, I was told to choose a nail color and that someone would be with me shortly. Another woman came in after me, and she was assisted before I was, and I was left to wait for another 20 minutes. Then, the woman who gave me a manicure rushed the process, filed my nails incorrectly, and did an awful job of applying the polish to my nails. My nails are filed unevenly. There are areas of my nail that’s not even painted. The clear polish is very visible all around my fingers, and the colored polish isn’t done properly. It took her a total of 10 minutes to file and paint my nails before she rushed off to someone else. Don’t go here if you’d like a nice manicure.

I walked into Wynn Nails to get a fill-in w/shellac. The woman told me it would be $35 so i said okay.. she started taking the polish off my nails and said that i should get the powder instead. I have never done that so i figured id try something new. She never told me the price which ended up being $45. Ugh!

I don’t exactly know the woman that did my nails. I just don’t think she was having it that day. This was my first an last time at this place. I wanted a design an she gave me attitude. So i got it done on only 4 nails. She went so hard on the filing. My thumb is bleeding an i feel like she constantly would wipe the nail polish remover on it. A few of my nail have stuff glob on them an are crooked. I honestly didnt even care my nails weren’t dry an i messed up a few of them i just wanted to get the hell out of that place.

The pedicure started out great, but then the nail technician started to ask really inappropriate questions. By the time we got to my manicure I was so uncomfortable. She kept clipping too close on my cuticles and made me bleed even after I said something. My polish was a light color and two coats looked streaky. When I asked for another coat she didn’t do a very good job. Then it came time to pay, and it was more expensive than my wife thought it would be according to the prices advertised. It turned out she upgraded the pedicure to use more scrubs without asking and insisted we pay the higher price because she used the better products. Didn’t even put a top coat on my manicure and then rushed us out the door, I didn’t even care because I wanted to get out of there. My nails immediately smudged. Will not be going back.

I walked in as an “out of towner”. They took me right in and were very nice. The girl that did my nails was very sweet, and she did a great job. The salon was very clean, and relaxing. If I’m back in town, I will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for awhile now. I’ve been getting a gel fill with shellac. I love their work! I always leave happy! They take there time and make sure your nails are perfect and to your liking! Annie does have a smart mouth, but you just have to let it go. Don’t let her attitude get cha, she does great work! And is the owner! Today I went and got my gel fill with shellac, very pleased as always! Then since I had time to waste, and needed the shellac on my toes taken off, I would get a pedicure. I RECEIVED THE BEST PEDICURE TODAY! I had never gotten my feet done there, and it was amazing. My feet are so so smooth. Some places don’t take there time when making sure your feet are smooth, but mine are so nice! And the shellac is done perfectly! I am so happy with this place and always happy with the outcome! Of my nails and now toes! They are a bit pricey, but you are paying for good quality work! Go Wynn!

I went here recently for a full acrylic set and I am not happy. Most of the nails are noticeably crooked, thick, and gloopy. The cuticles are a mess, I had to ask for them to clean the edges and even so, she did a terrible job. The tops of the nails are so uneven and the lady that did my nails was just ok, she seemed to rush the process. She was also a little rough with my nails. The nail polish dried very weirdly with dents and air bubbles on it even though I didn’t touch it. Overall disappointed, and would not recommend, especially not for acrylics.

This was my first time here, and service was excellent. I walked in right before 1pm for a nail fill and trim down. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and started on right away. Even with two technicians working, both ladies where very professional, friendly and expeditious with the other clients waiting. My technician did an excellent job. The shop is well maintained, clean and even offers beverages. I will be a regular.
