this nail salon is unsanitary. they don’t disinfect any nail tools between customers and the tech working on my nails today spilled the dip powder on the counter and floor. I then saw her scoop the powder that she had spilled on the counter and floor back into the dip container… then she proceeded to try & finish my manicure using the powder that i had just seen spill on the floor and get scooped back in. absolutely unbelievable. don’t use dip D62. just a bacterial infection waiting to happen. please go somewhere else, will not becoming here again.

I came here looking for a specific nail design for Christmas and left almost in tears. Not only was the nail artist rude but she obviously did not have a clue what she was doing. To top it off I saw one of the workers walk by and drop her tools on the floor then proceeded to do a pedicure. That does not seem very sanitary. I would not recommend nor come back

Went Sunday for a mani/pedi and had a chip by Thursday- with a big event Saturday. Just stopped in tonight to ask for the chip to be repaired and the lady ended up redoing my entire manicure. Asked what I owed her (I wish I’d gotten her name!) and she flat out refused to let me pay.

This place is very terrible went in for the first time, paid alot of money just to come home and my nails started coming off, the people there are not welcome they looked mad when I walked in. I almost walked out but I just decided to give a try. The lady who did my nails didn’t seem happy at all she looked like she just didn’t want to do it. I paid for it so I deserved the best service, never will I go there again run away from this place.

I got a dip manicure and a pedicure with no polish. I paid *$144*!!! They also insisted my friend tip both people who served her rather than splitting the tip. She paid a 40% tip charge because of this. Absurdly priced, will not be returning. Pedicure, Dip powder, Foot massages

So I’ve been super super loyal to this place always go back even if they do me dirty, but this is my last straw. I went on Friday last week, one week from today and already 3 nails have popped off. One came off Saturday, one came off yesterday and one came off just now. I paid 55$ and it’s just not worth it to go there anymore.
