They tried to lie about me having to have gel polish to upcharge me as well as try to consider medium length nails long to upcharge me. The place wasn’t sanitary at all. They used the same files on everybody against state board laws. Then my toe polish is on my skin and she turned the fan off so my nails didn’t dry. Run away from here! They still overcharged me!

I’ve come around to Wynn nail spa. Is it best pedicure you’ve ever had? No. But it fits the bill of a perfectly good and enjoyable pedicure. Great massage chairs, a glass of sparkling wine, plenty of colors.

I had have mixed experiences with this salon but I am finally done with them for good. I went to the website and made an appointment for what I thought was the downtown location because it was close to my house but when I arrived the security told me the location had been closed for a couple years. I called the number I booked with and explained and received no apologies/a sense to make the situation right. I still badly needed my nails done and was hoping I could still come (in 15 minutes to other location) but no they tried to book me later in the day (no apologies still). My Issue is incorrect information on the website (if your businesses are closed why make it look like your are thriving) and poor customer service (I had experienced questionable service in the past but the work was decent/convenient to where I was). I will never go back again and found a great salon Maroon Nails amazing customer service and better pricing. When a business can’t take the time to apologize for their mistake and treats potential/current customers badly it’s only a matter of time before they close down for good.

Stepping inside was like a entering quiet peaceful oasis. Reasonably priced, with the big recliner massage chairs, good service. I did regular polish and it is still hasn’t chipped a week later.

Had to ask for my nails to be painted more as they left them streaked and patchy. 5 of my fingers got the cuticle cut so bad I bled and they proceeded to smother my fingers in ACETONE not once but TWICE! Never apologized for cutting me and making me burn. I figured Hollywood would have great quality but I was sadly mistaken. Will not return.

It is a super clean space and the staff was friendly and very professional. It was my first time ever getting a pedicure and the experience was very pleasant. My feet felt great and smelled like strawberries afterwards. I’d recommend this place to a friend for sure.

Critical: QualityI requested a gel-x manicure and my manicurist had me out in less than 30 minutes… no cuticle trim, slapped on the nail extensions, left clumps of glue and filing dust under the nail. It looks so janky and cheap. I honestly could have done a better job myself at home. They charge $70 for this service. I do not recommend whatsoeverService: Manicure

Worst pedicure experience. I was burned by hot towel, they didn’t clean around or under nail beds. Had to ask them to stop my leg massage because it was sheer torture. Sloppy painting.
