I’m only giving 2 because I like 1 nail tech and that’s Tina. However, the owner “Jennifer” is the absolute worst. She picks and chooses who she wants to give good service to. Usually her husband will start the work and she goes behind him to clean up the work and finish it. However, she’s been rough to my daughters several times. I gave her several chances because I’ve seen her be nice and kind but only to a specific kind of older women. But that was not the case with me or my daughters. Instead, she’s acted mad and rushes and is unnecessarily rough. I understand nail techs can make mistakes every now and then but she is the worst. She should either quit or get an attitude adjustment.

I went a few weeks ago and got my nails done by Lanny. Not only was her work almost perfect, but she was funny, personable, and very kind. I have been to Wynn Nail Salon in Glen Heights several times because I live close and it is convenient. A few times I have received ok service and a few times I received much less than ok service. Today was my last visit! They didn’t even offer to fix the horrible pedicure that I received today, even after I told the man working up front. He is supposed to be the owner and he could care less if I was a happy patron or not! My toe nails are crooked and the polish is awful! It already looks like I have new growth on my toe nails and I just left there. If I’m spending $55 on a pedicure, I expect it to be done right. With the way the world is today, you would think they would appreciate paying patrons. Ridiculous

A great nail shop , super nice and outgoing staff members. Me and my boyfriend went for pedicures he got a manicure and I got dip powder. The outcome was amazing!!! They took their time to perfect our nails / feet. They do have crickets though during the season . But they’re the best in red oak to me Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure

Helen is the best. She listens to your request and offers advice on the best option for your nails. My nails were brittle 3 months ago but she has help strengthen my nails. I’ve never met a nail tech that actually cares and consistently does a great job. Manicure

Worst Nail Salon Ever. I should have learned my lesson with this place the last time I came and they weren’t able to correctly do my Dip. This time I got a simple overlay on my 2 Big toes and polish change….The polish came off the same day of 2 toes. Came to have them corrected and the manager asked if I would come back 2 days later so the original tech could be taught the correct way to complete the overlay. Came in as asked and the manager would not help the original tech. The tech continuously asked for help and was told no. Both the tech and I were told No by the manager. I have never witness a Manager be so unprofessional. I will NEVER patronize this place again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I would recommend you ask about pricing and what all is included in the service before they being. I only want my nails soaked off and a manicure. After waiting on a tech to arrive after i had been soaking nails for an hour, the tech hurriedly removed nails with another nail, then she gave me a dry manicure, no massage, no top coat nothing special and charged me $25. Now I expected the take off to be atleast $10, but the $15 for a dry poorly given manicure ridiculous. Not to mention I had a 9:30 appointment but no tech until 10:45, no apologies and unacceptable business etiquette.
