Emily Porter M.D is knowledgeable, honest, a perfectionist, and has a nice “bedside” manner. Her personality made me feel like I’ve been going to her for years! I immediately felt heard, comfortable and not rushed unlike many other places I’ve been to for injections/skin things in Austin. She’ll suggest options for the most bang for your buck, like Sculptra filler for more long term, natural collagen boosting and lifting as opposed to just dermal filler that lasts maybe a year. I’d rather pay a little more for lasting results that actually allow my natural collage to keep building. She also did my lips and I’m in love!!!

I can not say enough great things about Wrinkle Free Med Spa!! I have been twice now for Botox injections and both times Dr. Porter was amazing! She has created a very professional yet down to earth atmosphere where her staff go out of their way. I was a little nervous during my first visit but Dr. Porter took her time and answered all of my questions. I even drive 40 minutes to come out to her office after I moved, because she’s knowledgeable and patient and really listens. Her staff is also amazing. WrinkleFree MD is the place to be! Dr. Porter and her staff are so knowledgeable and take an incredible amount of time and attention with their clients. I had a hydra facial a couple of weeks ago and my skin is still glowing. The team came up with a skin care plan to meet my needs (and at my pace), including basic home cleansing practices. They are very thorough and I am looking forward to more skin & body health treatments with them.
