Very disappointed with my experience. I was in the area so I tried this place. I walk in, I was half greeted. I just wanted my eyebrows threaded. The woman tells me to sit down and grabs the thread. Thats when I asked her to sanitize her hands, she did. As she’s threading my eyebrows, the other staff member in on speaker phone loud having a conversation. I said, “is she going to stay loud on speaker phone like that”. The woman threading my eyebrows goes, “yeah”. I was like, “wow”. After the service was done, she proceeded to put aloe vera on my face with her fingers. I stopped her. It came time to pay and she was like, “are you leaving a tip?”

Found this spot on Groupon years ago.. I travel from jersey on the train and walk 20 min to get there faithfully every month. Very reasonable $25 for a chocolate Brazilian wax and that’s including an $8 tip!! Ask for Debbie she’s the best!!

I came here to get a Brazilian wax, and girl let me tell you I love it. I thought that the service wouldn’t be this good because they have ship prices but not. The lady that did my wax was a sweetheart very gentle, I am definitely coming back.

Poor service and unhygienic place! The service was really bad and while threading the she ripped of my eyebrow skin! The staff who attended me kept talking on the phone while doing the service – this is such an unprofessional behaviour. Also the waxing done was not at all clean and I can still see tiny patches of unclear skin. Truly disappointed
