I used to love this place and came here every time I visited the area for years. In the last couple years I’ve switched to dip manicures – which they are now doing here. I had it done on my NATURAL nails… yet within a few days I had an entire thumbnail of the polish just pop off as though it were a fake nail or something. The next day, an index fingernail, exact same thing. So I go back, WITH the entire full “nails” that popped off and walk in to see if it can be fixed. I was very polite saying I’ve never had this happen with dip, not sure what’s going on, can I get this fixed…She says I would have to wait an hour and I very politely said okay I will wait, and she still demanded I make an appointment for the next day instead. So I did. Came back, had them both fixed. She recognized me (I have purple hair) and said “oh. You’re back.”Seriously? I wasn’t even rude or upset I was probably the nicest person ever to come back for something to be fixed?! They didn’t charge for it as they shouldn’t (my original cost was $45 plus I tipped $10 so $55)… the very next day, two more other ones popped right off!! I have NEVER had dip do this and I’ve been getting it for over 2 years regularly. Normally I get 3/4 weeks of wear with outgrowth but no chipping or maybe like one tiny chip. At home I cook and do dishes absolutely constantly. Here I’m on vacation and doing nothing with my hands and having these pop off as though they are cheap Walmart press-ons! And I don’t even have fake nails. Now I am going only a week after originally paying $55 so that I can get a whole new manicure somewhere else because there’s no way I am ever going back there. Where is the customer service? I heard another customer in there when I was getting my manicure who was so mean to everyone that literally even customers were looking around and talking about it and she only tipped $3. I tipped 10 and then come back extremely polite about things and I’m treated like an inconvenience, no apologies or oh oh let us take care of this. I now went 3 separate times, wasting my time. And still have to go pay for a new manicure somewhere else. I’m also someone who rarely goes out of my way to leave a negative review but my sister said do you want it to happen to other people? So here I am.

Been coming here for three plus years. I moved to Woodstock two years ago and I still drive back every 3 weeks to get my nails done. Tried several places out by me bad experiences at all 3. My daughter even goes there and she lives in Arlington Hgts. Great staff friendly and quality of products is top notch.

Love this place!! This is by far the best place in the area. Go if you want a CLEAN, modern welcoming nail salon. Oh and their service is the best too. You won’t find a place better that Wow Spa. The owner, Bashka, is the best. And it shows in all the small details during your visit. I have been going with my daughters for 6+ years. We have even hosted a birthday party and found them to be super accommodating for our event.

This used to be a good place. I guess it is when the owner is around. They increased their prices which is understandable. But guess what they decreased… the quality of their service-and it’s clearly evident in the recent poor reviews they have received. The girls were not friendly at all and my pedicure lasted for about 15 minutes tops. There was no scrubbing or exfoliation done on my feet and I believe there was only 1 layer of polish applied to my toes in a very sloppy manner. I saw other customers get a shoulder massage after their service but I was not offered one. no chip mani was also done sloppily with no additional hand massage. The whole mani-pedi lasted only 40 minutes. For about $90 with tip for a mediocre pedi and no chip mani, and grumpy ladies around, it’s not worth the dissatisfaction you experience when leaving this place. I am sure there are many deserving salons that will be happy to receive my business.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have no clue how this place has so many great reviews. We made a 10:45 reservation (we requested 11 but they asked if we could come at 10:45) and we arrived right on time.it was just myself and one GF. They barely greeted us and told us to pick our color. So we did, and we waited and waited… and waited until 11:25 when they finally sat us. We were soooo disappointed they didn’t have massage chairs. Just a long padded bench. I’ve NEVER had a pedicure not in a massage chair, that’s half the reason I go. The pedicures began at 11:25 and were done by 11:55. No leg massage, no scrubbing or working of the dead skin on our heels or callouses. I feel like I paid $35 (with tip, it costs $30) for a toe nail polish snd clipping. I’ll never go back, super bummed bc my GF and I have kid(s) and hardly ever get out. We live 10 mins away from the salon and were gone 2 hours with only 35 mins of it being an actual pedicure.
