Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks now, but life gets crazy! I went here for my birthday just a little over two weeks ago and had the best nail experience of my life!! I’ve gotten acrylics before, but it doesn’t happen very often because I’m normally disappointed with the experience and the final product. Not this time!! I will never go anywhere else now!! Everyone in the salon was friendly, and when they found out it was my birthday they all wished me a happy birthday and I received a small birthday lotion gift as I left. I will always go to this salon and I will always be asking for Ivy. Michelle was amazing too, she did my friend’s nails and did a fabulous job too, but I sat with Ivy, so my personal experience was with her. Ivy was kind and understanding and did my nails so incredibly. She was gentle and listened to everything I had to say. She gave me a beautiful design that I never even knew was possible from a nail salon. When I asked 4 or 5 times for the acrylics to be shorter she was really sweet about it. She was patient with the fact that I didn’t really know much about getting my nails done and was extremely helpful when the design I had in mind wouldn’t have been exactly what I thought I wanted. I ended up getting even more than I wanted and even two weeks later I still can’t stop looking at my nails. I definitely will be returning, and soon! I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks now, but life gets crazy! I went here for my birthday just a little over two weeks ago and had the best nail experience of my life!! I’ve gotten acrylics before, but it doesn’t happen very often because I’m normally disappointed with the experience and the final product. Not this time!! I will never go anywhere else now!!
