The owner Cindy is the best! She runs her shop efficiently and the women who do the manicures and pedicures do amazing work. The place is always crowded so you must have patience, but you will leave happy with beautiful nails and feet and eyebrows. Cindy knows her customers well and all the workers know the customers and serve you with a smile. You want to give the generous tips because you’ve been served well.

Went to this nails place because I was visiting my friend and she’s a regular there . As soon as I walked into the place, employee named JENNI was extremely rude to me. I didn’t know I had to take a number I walked straight to the back and she embarrassed me in front of everyone . To the point that I over heard JENNI telling another employee “ that’s why people get smack because they don’t listen”. Mask was on under my nose and JENNI made a scene because of it ; meanwhile half of the customer and employees including herself was wearing the mask the wrong way. When mY friend got to the place she told me that it’s not nothing new JENNI IS ALWAYS RUDE to mostly everyone including my friend who been going there for years because it’s the only place around her place . Just moved around here looking for a new place to get my mani/pedis done, my pedicure was fine no complaints about that. The place looked a little beat up the walls were dirty and I felt like the tools and stuff weren’t sanitized as she just took them out of a bowl. I just felt like the place lacked cleanliness. I wouldn’t go back because of those reasons.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences. I usually go because its in my neighborhood however it is a hole in the wall and some of the technicians do not know what their doing I used to go to whoever was available just to avoid the long wait but I learned my lesson now I only go to the twins or the girl towards the back with blonde hair. For pedicure Carmen is the best. The wait time is horrendous no matter what time you go so be prepared to wait.
