I currently get my hair done by Jammie Wambaugh, she is absolutely amazing in everything she does! She never fails to put a smile on my face whether if I’m in her chair or not. She is always willing to try different techniques she knows to make sure I love my hair. She is very good at cutting short blunt bobs like mine. She brings out her layering techniques to make sure it lays nicely, especially with me having such thick hair. For years before now I went to Brenna Franczek (formally known as Brenna Jones) and she is just like Jammie in many ways. She was also good at using different techniques to make sure my hair laid nicely. Brenna took me through many different hairstyles from longish hair all the way to my first year of bob haircuts. Brenna has also been the first and only person to color my hair. She did a tremendous job with bringing my dark hair to very gorgeous blonde highlights.

My whole experience from the time I made the appointment for my daughter and I to have our hair highlighted together took forever because they put us with one stylist. Then my highlight was not really a highlight, I was not happy and walked out darker then I came in. They tried to fix it and schedule me with the owner-but there wasn’t enough time scheduled for her to fix it. So I still wasn’t happy (because they charge for things I wasn’t even aware of). The owner told me she will put a credit on my account, I called to make an appointment to use that credit and sure enough it wasn’t added. Talk about frustrating.

I called to make an appointment for a hair cut, they said they would check if Annette was open and they would call me back, so I waited and then I called back and it was another girl and said she was in the bathroom and that she would call me right back no phone call and no haircut, not a good business

Little left of my eyebrows after years of tweezing had me drawing them every morning to look normal. Sure it looked great until.i went swimming or did yard work and the sweat made my eyebrows melt off my face. I had accepted this as part of my life routine until I met Jamie at WOW. She performed mircoblading and gave me back brows. Jamie was amazing from start to finish. NO REGRETS. Love love love the results. I am not one to post such personal experiences, but I when I was searching for a place, I thought I’d need to go to Grand Rapids or Detroit to find an experienced professional. Instead we have one right here in Muskegon. It took bout 2 to 2 1/2 hours the first time and then less than an hour when I went back after six weeks for my check up/fill-ins. It takes less time for me to get ready in the mornings. I am taking the time to share this in hopes I can help make another browless womans life better. ❤️
