Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to WOW Hair Salon for several months now and I am so pleased with the work Kayla does. I am relatively new to Florida and before moving my hair dresser in NY told me not to move to Florida because no one knows how to do hair there. I hate to say it, but for a while I thought he was right. I tried the top rated salons in Ponte Vedra, Neptune Beach and St. Augustine. None of those salons could understand what I was looking for (and believe me – it wasn’t like I was asking for miracles). Then I tried Kayla at WOW Hair Salon. She got my color perfectly. I have highlights and lowlights and she completely covers the gray. She does an excellent job cutting as well and the last visit was perfect. She’s also great at conversation!! I have been going to WOW Hair Salon for several months now and I am so pleased with the work Kayla does. I am relatively new to Florida and before moving my hair dresser in NY told me not to move to Florida because no one knows how to do hair there. I hate to say it, but for a while I thought he was right. I tried the top rated salons in Ponte Vedra, Neptune Beach and St. Augustine. I wear my hair really short and when I have a good hair cut my hair is so easy to take care of. Everything about WOW Hair is what you’re looking for. Prior to finding Carrie I was driving 140 miles round trip every six weeks to get my hair cut. I wear my hair really short and when I have a good hair cut my hair is so easy to take care of. Everything about WOW Hair is what you’re looking for. Very clean, conveniently located and all the stylist are very nice and talented. I love this place.

I’ve lived in Jacksonville for 15 years now and have went to several salons looking for someone who can cut and give me nice icy blonde highlights to my dirty blonde hair. I discovered Kayla through a friend’s recommendation over 2 years ago and have been going to her ever since (I actually followed her to this salon). Every time I leave her at Wow Salon, I feel younger and love the highlites in my hair! She asks questions about what you want, listens to you, and then gives you the style and cut that makes you feel like the best you!!! I’ve lived in Jacksonville for 15 years now and have went to several salons looking for someone who can cut and give me nice icy blonde highlights to my dirty blonde hair.
