So disappointed in who they are hiring now! Last night I went to have my eyebrows threaded. I’ve been going here for several years with no issues. Normally great staff that does great work. . I thought it hurt unusually bad but didn’t think anything of it. I noticed red burn/cut on my eye after but no big deal. This happens. By the time I got home it looked like I had herpes all over on my forehead! I had to go see my esthetician today to help with the swelling! I don’t understand why she threaded all the way up to my hairline anyway. She was WAY too rough. The reason I stopped waxing was for this very reason. She was so rough she literally tore my skin apart. My esthetician wonders if she reused the thread but who knows. Please talk to the employee who worked last night around 6 pm. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror! Not to mention it HURTS. I wish I could attach a picture so others could see. I’ll defiantly be going to the Kernersville location for now on.

Real nice lady but she does not know how to put lashes on. No way should it be $45. The first time I went I asked her to take them off before I left out bc the glue was so clunky like you can see it all over my eyelashes. This time I went they were a little better but not that much. You can see the gap between my real lashes and where she put the glue ugh…$45 wasted. I pulled them off. Just didn’t look natural like I would like….and if I must be honest you get those same lashes if not better at the nail salon for $25

I’ve been going here for the past eight months, and they are USUALLY great at doing my brows! During my most recent experience, I walked out missing a chunk of my right eyebrow. When I brought it up, the woman told me that it was already missing. I’m not sure how I went that long without noticing that a region of my eyebrow was missing (because it wasn’t). She put some kind of powder on it then tried to convince me to buy some. I won’t be going back.

Don’t go here! Ever since the owners been getting new workers, they mess up my eyebrows and they’re rough. Last time i went, they made one eyebrow bigger than the other so i went back yesterday and told the lady to just clean up around my brows because they’re uneven and she messed up the shape of my brows and made them even more uneven. I recommend Perfact Brow Arch.

I asked the lady that threaded my eyebrows to leave them thick and just clean them up, she did them way too thin. I grew my brows out for 4 months so they could be perfectly arched. There is no arch, each brow was shaped different and shorted on the end so they look like a child got a razor and attacked my brows in my sleep. She also pinched my skin multiple times so there are little bumps and she made my brows pencil thin so i cant even go somewhere else and have them fixed. Her exact words were “do you love them?” When she finished i told her no this is not what i wanted and i explained why, she never tried to correct her mistake. She saw i was disatified and but offered no resolution, discount or apology ! I paid full price for my service and although the store was clean and looked good the ladies are not good at threading and i would not reccomend anyone go there. Wasting $12 is no big deal but walking around with awful eyebrows for 2-4 months until they grow back enough to be fixed is really upsetting.

All new staff I should’ve walked out. Went in asked to just get my brows cleaned up told not to thin my brows as I had a wedding in 2 days. Not only did she thin my brows she shortened one of my brows making it impossible to get any type of arch. If you’re used to the service that they were giving months ago don’t waste your time or money.

Love this place so much! I always leave loving my eyebrows. They thread and trim perfectly. They also have a rewards program where 10 visits will get you a free service! The ladies are nice too!
