I have been coming here for about 3 months for treatments and i am shocked at how well this really works. I have a significantly large amount of hanging skin on my stomach, and i almost don’t recognize myself now. So far, it has been an incredible experience. I am also going into my 3rd round of vacuum breast lift and i now have actual formed breasts that don’t sag into my armpit when i am laying down. I am excited to continue treatments and look forward to more results. Alexes has been absolutely amazing! So glad i found this place.

I was a bit disappointed with the service here. I was talked in to getting two Groupon packages and using the cool sculpting back to back in preparation for my wedding. I put off scheduling until closer to the big day for consistency and best results. I reached out a month before to schedule but was told she doesn’t schedule more than two weeks out. When I called back she said she was all booked up…. When I mentioned I had reached out when she told me to, she worked around my schedule. However, she moved an appointment one day that was a bit difficult to meet but I still made it. On the last two scheduled appointments, I got one confirmation close to midnight the night before my scheduled appointment at noon. When I showed up, she had double booked me and I left feeling it was my fault even though it was clear she put me on the schedule for the wrong time. At this point I am scrambling around wedding week trying to get to all of the different appointments and couldn’t wait. Because of having missed the that one, it didn’t make sense for me to try and go to the last one considering the amount of time in between my last service. It felt like a waste of time and money since the services need to be close together and her calendar couldn’t accommodate me to really give the results I was looking for. For so much money and such a big occasion, it would’ve been nice for more accommodation.
