If I could give them zero stars I would! Unfortunately my experience with this group has been much less than pleasant. I booked in advance a massage as a gift. The day of this group canceled the appointment stating the therapist had called off and there was no other staff available to keep our scheduled appointment. My daughter cleared her work schedule only to have them cancel the day of. End result I have attempted to contact them requesting a refund only to be ignored. FO NOT USE THIS GROUP. Obviously they are not dependable and more importantly COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
