Three of my nails are infected. They took off my acrylic, told me they were infected, then continued to put more acrylic over the infected nails. I had to take them off myself when I got home and it took 4 hours to get them all off. They talked about me in front of everyone and every staff member came over to look at my fingers and gave me weird looks. I added a photo of the worst one. I am beyond upset. The prices are great and the people are mostly nice but I will never come back. They did a poor job on my nails and left me to deal with the mess they made.

I always get a great pedicure here. Nancy is the pedicurist who I have had each time. She does a very nice job. I like the atmosphere too. The salon is clean, comfortable, and kept up well. The music is calming and relaxing to listen to during your treatment. Foot massages, Pedicure

Parking is easy and close. Salon is clean. I’ve been twice and have had two different nail technicians and both were very skilled and quick. The fill manicure was beautiful and lasted longer than most. Very Happy.

I really wanted wanted to like this salon, mainly as it’s a 2 minute walk from where I live. The customer service is terrible. No communication, I heard one customer talking to her manicurist, being friendly etc. The woman totally ignored her ( even though she spoke good English) and continued chatting to her friends in ? Vietnamese. So rude. We weren’t offered anything to drink, not even water. I agree with previous posters, the services were ok but there was absolutely no sense of being pampered. I won’t be returning.

Ann did an amazing job with my nails. She was very gentle with removing my previous acrylics and placing a new set on. When it came to the design I had a reference picture, and she was very meticulous with replicating it!

I go to this place just because it is near my home , they do ok job but overprice! I guess they dont have a consistent pricing they charged me different pricing each time for the same service.the lady doing my nails was so rude that i didnt tip her maybe thats why when i went there the second time they charged me higher? They are not friendly at all they treat the customer like a product in a factory , right after she finished my nails she left me without a word passed the next customer , ı still have so many cuts on my fingers!!!

I haven’t been able to get a pedicure in 2 years and was looking for a new spot to go more frequently. This place impressed me and I will definitely go back! They were very friendly, clean, organized, COVID safe (they had barriers up between the nail technician and me and sanitizer stations throughout the salon), and did an amazing job with the pedicure.

Unbelievably professional with awesome owner and staff. Treat individuals with respect. The shop is spotless. I really enjoy going here. It’s difficult to find that just right nail salon but if you go here you will see you have found that place. Never had difficulty getting an appointment

If you are looking for a quick manicure this place will definitely do the job. I got my nail gel manicure done just as the picture I wanted. I had an appointment scheduled on a weekday afternoon and they assisted me promptly. The only downside is that you do not feel pampered . No one spoke a word to me, my “hand massage” lasted 2 seconds and when she was done She got up said she’s done and left me behind to go to the next person and I had to wait to be checked out. I cant complain about my nails because they are nicely done but when I want to relax and enjoy my manicure this is not the place I would choose.
