I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now. The staff is always super friendly and I see Kim regularly for gel mani/pedi. She does a great job and cares about your nail health. I asked for a gel manicure and when I left the salon I noticed that it was lumpy and had hair stuck in it. Less than 24 hours later, it’s already chipping and the overall quality appears very poor. The woman who did my nails was very nice and there is a sign on the front desk that says that if there are problems with your manicure, they will fix it up to 7 days later but unfortunately I’m leaving on vacation so won’t be able to utilize that service. Overall disappointed with the quality.

I came here one week ago to get a dip manicure. I recently moved to the area and didn’t feel like driving all the way to my usual place in falls church. It was more expensive than other places and after exactly one week my nails are about to pop off. They’re getting hair stuck in them and one has already started to crack. Any other place I’ve been my nails last a minimum of 4 weeks. Extremely disappointed and I don’t want to spend another $60 to get my nails redone for the second time in a week.

I went to this nail salon for holiday last week and i asked for coffin shape and some shini nail polish . She gave me another shape and the gel color was so bad and plumpy . I called the next day kim told me i will fix it for you when i called to schedule they told they are going to charge me agin . I will never go back there again Gel manicures
