I got a full set today the short full set. Let me tell you about my experience. The staff were rude. I told them not to use those curve old lady nails they still use them literally short nails short short short the shape is horrible. The thickness is horrible. The curb is horrible.

I tried this place after growing tired of driving across town for a nice full set. I needed a fill-in and Fancy took care of me. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she made it look exactly like the pictures. I went back again for a full set, showed her another design and she mastered that as well. Needless to say I found my new nail tech. The lady that always answer the phone is always pleasant. And there’s a younger guy that works there that gave me a really nice French pedicure. I’m not sure why they have so many mixed reviews but then again I’ve only let Fancy do my nails. Book with her. You won’t be disappointed.

Got dip on Sunday and it started lifting by Tuesday. I don’t think that’s okay when one pays $83 for the service. This place was recommended to me and I was really excited since I heard good things. My experience started out a little odd. I usually ask for some help choosing color’s and asking the nail techs opinion. I even showed her a picture from their site. She was very unhelpful. At this point I was already nervous about our encounter. Once my dip was done I realised that it didn’t look like the color I wanted, so I was flexible and asked her to change the paint on my toes since it clashed with my finger nails too much. She looked noticeably irritated at my request and said “that will be $5 extra”. I was so taken a back that I had to think for a moment and just said okay. She rushed the paint job and just looked like she wanted to be done with me. Very Disappointed!!

I will no longer go to this salon. The last 2 times I came the technicians were rough. It hurt when they cut my nails and the dead skin around my big toes. I said that it hurt few times. I also got a no chip manicure and I have tiny cuts on my fingers tips from her trying to cut off some dead skin. Prices are good but not worth it. Manicure, Pedicure

Very rough, left bruises on my wrists, left my cuticles bleeding, broke my nail on the side and told me I was lying when I pointed it out. That crack in the side caused my dip o not sit right and the nail broke off into the nail Ned causing bleeding, charged me to fix it. You people are monsters and I will never go back. I had the most amazing experience with Nicole at the World Star Nails’ salon and spa! She did a wonderful job on my dipped nails! I got the French tips look. They look so natural and beautiful! This was my first time and now this is my new nail and spa place! I’m definitely going to be coming back to get my nails done again! The interior design is beautiful as well. You feel like you are a princess or a famous person getting your nails done it’s so posh! It’s so worth to give it a try and deff try out the dipped technique!
