I’ve been here twice now – once on a very busy Saturday and once on a calmer Monday. The pedicure is so great – they have wonderful massage chairs and do a thorough job of getting your feet nice and smooth. Pleased with the manicure as well! Would recommend that if you can, you go on a week day! It’s less hectic and all around more relaxing – though they were very careful both times, the Monday experience was the best!

I really love this place! I’ve been going here for a long time (almost my whole adult life) But over the past 2 years, every time I get a basic pedicure, it’s been very low quality and SUPER rushed. I mean more rushed than an ER on a Saturday with a full moon on a Halloween night. The are moving people in and out like the subway in River North. The technicians are barely paying attention to what they’re doing. There’s no quality to the service anymore. Kinda heartbreaking because I used to go to this place to relax and now I just feel like it’s not worth it. The place is beautiful and the technicians are great at what they do. But just be ready to find the manger to explain your concerns about the service so they can make it right.

Decided to give this salon a try but I’m skeptical if I’ll return. I went in with a marble nail design but unfortunately, I was told that they didn’t do marble designs. I was given a few options as far as nail art or I could also choose between a few towers of nail colors. As I was looking for a color, I was approached about 3 different times by the nail techs; each asked if I needed help. The last one, Howie, was patiently waiting for me to decide on a color but then another lady who was working there told me to quickly choose a color. I didn’t like that I felt rushed, I felt that it was very rude and I almost walked out but decided to give them a try. Howie did end up doing my nails and he did do a good job. However, he really didn’t do much cuticle maintenence which I thought is normally what salons/techs do when you get your nails done.

Amazing experience for my first time there! I showed up with no appointment to get my nails done last minute for my engagement photoshoot for the next day and they did not disappoint. They took me in asap and did such a quick job and they were very detailed oriented. I had been going to Muse nails in tinley park for awhile but needed to get in quick for the first place open and I’m glad I stumbled upon this gem of a place. Thank you for my flawless nails and quickness!
