I saw John. He is amazing careful, gentle and very careful. I just moved to Virginia and have had the same same nail tech for 5 years. I have found my new tech and I couldn’t be happier. He made my nails feel like me. I work with horses and I’m super rough on my nails. John made sure that they are super strong and very dainty. I’m in love and will most definitely be back.

I got a pedicure there. The young lady was talking and scraping my feet at the same time not paying attention. She hit my ankle with the razor. In the future while using any sharp tools on anybodies hands and feet focus on what you are you doing because things could have been a lot worst. This was on Saturday.

I’m sorry but I will NEVER go back. With no wait, I was in there for 2 hours getting a deluxe pedicure because either the older man lost his touch, was in training or what have you, but he did not know what he was doing even down to filing my nails. Someone came over to assist, still not good. I thought he would scrub my skin off. After he was done with the cleaning, he left me sitting unpolished for 10 minutes or so. I had no clue what was going on until I asked another person working there and he said he would polish my toes for me. NEVERRRR NEVER NEVER!!!!!

I called prior to coming to ask for a time when there was an availability. The nail technician picked the time and told me to come in at 10 am. I arrived on time and I waited 40 mins before deciding to leave. One of the technicians followed me out and apologized and asked for me to wait a little longer for a discount. After waiting an hour, someone finally started my fill in. During my fill in, the technician was interrupted multiple times and my fill in took an hour to complete! I get basic nails, no designs or extra details. When it was time to pay, I did not receive my discount nor the advertised 5 percent off for paying in cash. After leaving my GEL polish chipped about an hour after leaving. I called the next day, after attending the event I wanted my nails done for, to get my nail repaired. During the call, I explained what had happened and that I needed a repair. Again THEY picked my time and I have now been waiting for 20 minutes. They are inconsiderate of your time and and the clearly don’t do quality work.AVOID THIS LOCATION. There are many other nail salons in the surrounding areas.

They seem overly busy and a little disorganized. Not the cleanest nail salon I’ve been to either. But they are friendly and family oriented which is nice. They should really do only walk ins or only appointment because if you have an appointment at 1pm they’ll take a walk in a 12:50 and you’ll have to wait for a chair to open up sometimes up to 45min.
