Used to love this place, but they service has gone so far down its not even there anymore. They put us in a chair and didn’t speak to us for almost an hour. They used to let you know how long it would be, ask if you wanted a drink, at least acknowledge your presence. The prices have become outrageous as well. I hate it because it used to be my favorite. I will be looking somewhere else now.

I called ahead of time to make sure that I could walk in. Well needless to say, I shouldn’t have sat in the office for the extra 20 mins. When I arrived, I waited less than 5 mins. My nail tech was very polite and friendly. She took her time time and was very attentive. Definitely coming back to se her again.
