Critical: QualityThe service is horrible. They are rude and don’t do what you ask of them. They do what they want and don’t even listen when you tell them multiple times how you want your nails. They are extremely pricey for such poor service and nails. My polish literally looks like my 3 year old polished my nails. It’s clumpy and i was charged $100 for such poor work. They are rough as well. There’s no reason why i should have cuts on almost every finger. My 2nd and last time coming. I should’ve never went back after my first experience with them. I have enjoyed the couple of times I went here. Sometimes there is a wait depending on clientele influx, but they are very attentive and accommodating. The quality is amazing. I would recommend.

I only gave it 1 star because I had to give a star to write a review. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! It appeared that the lady giving me the pedicure was more interested in my personal life than doing her job well. I should have gone to my regular nail salon (Bella Nails) where I always get a great pedicure, but I wanted to give this one a try. I won’t make the same mistake, twice!
