Critical: Quality, ValueI use to love gel manicures from here, then the quality went down. Gave them a try again and the experience and quality was horrible. The lady ended up shaping my nails different shapes and lengths she kept trying to fix it and made them very short. After she filed everything I asked about washing my hands and she told me no, so my nails have bumps in it, she rushed it and hit my nail smudging the polish. When I tried to say something she just said no they look good and walked in the back. The lady ended up shaping my nails different shapes and lengths she kept trying to fix it and made them very short. I’m not a fan of how my nails turned out, unfortunately. I asked for an almond shape, which the girl did ok. But my thumbs are two totally different shapes and lengths. The polish isn’t very smooth at all, and the girl didn’t give ANY attention to my cuticles. I’ll be going somewhere else to correct my funky thumbnail when it’s time for a fill in.

So I waited 2 weeks and called to see when I could come in to get my nails done but I wanted less people in the shop so they told me to come in at 6:00 and that time was fine.
