Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI used to come here all the time when growing up and I chose to come back because I was in the area. I made an appointment for my aunt and I to get pedicures and a full set. During the pedicure they insisted and insisted on getting another kind of pedicure after I already said just the basic. Then when I asked for a nail color I was told to pick something else because the lady thought it was too light, then when I did pick and I asked to try it the color was very dark I asked why is it different then the nail colors they gave me to pick from. The lady said that those nail colors i picked from are from the old company so they don’t exist anymore….. in my head I was confused why they had me pick from there then. THEN my aunt wanted her nail a little shorter and her nail lady hit her with the nail file, then said she couldn’t cut her ingrown so had someone else cut it which is fine but the First Ladies manners was not okay. Because of so much pushing i said okay to the callus treatment on me. The lady cut my foot in many places, she went all over with the grader. Before getting this done I asked how the callus treatment was done and they ignored me multiple times. Eventually I said I’m not going to get a full set Bc I had things to do and the lady said it was okay and left. They took about 2hrs for a pedicure. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismToday was my first time using their services.I called to make an appointment and inquired about prices. I was told multiple tome basic acrylic nails are $25 and basic pedicure is $32.The products used didn’t look very clean. They cut me once on my foot and three times on my hands. I am happy with my nail shaping but nail polish application is very poor. Their post stated full set included scrub and massage, I never received one.They charged me $45 for the nails because nails were long, Tammy refused to acknowledge the price I was quoted over the phone.Will not recommend.Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureToday was my first time using their services.I called to make an appointment and inquired about prices.
