Went up there to get my nails done. Wanted a black to red ombré which I’ve had done at plenty of places before. Asked for a sharp almond shape. While the shape is not as sharp as I asked for the color is awful. There’s a very harsh color change and it isn’t ombré in the slightest. Asked my nail technician about it and she said it was despite it being very obvious that it wasn’t. How can you look at work like this and be okay with it? I will never be coming back here.

They cut one toe on each of my feet, and cut one of my husband’s toes as well. These were two different manicurist. I asked if their “fire and ice” or whatever pedicure that cost $65 included gel polish, and the person who cut my feet twice said yes. Then when she went to paint my toe nails she asked if I want regular or gel polish. I said gel is included, and she said no, that’s $15 more.

I come here for convenience of location. We waited 45 minutes to be seen, understandably d/t busy. However both of my feet have cuts that are bleeding from tripping the dead skin. my nails are absolutely hideous they are so huge & look like freaking flare nails when i asked for square. i told him they were to long & he just ignored me. they are all completely different lengths & are so lumpy. there’s even dirt or something on the white. i couldn’t even say anything bc as soon as he finished he was rushing me up to do someone else’s nails.
