Was not greeted upon walking in which was rude. My husband walked in a few minutes later he also was not greeted. Only have one person doing Pedis while there are five people working and they will service someone who arrived after you to do there nails as there too good to do pedis will not be back waited over a hour for nothing

I enjoyed the services I received, pedicure and overlay fill in ,by this older gentleman by far he was my favorite I loved his gentle service. and his communication was so very gentle. Ironically as I was checking out I had lost my wallet they gave me the benefit of the doubt and trusted me to come back the following day to pay what I owed! I really appreciated the trust they extended to me, but fortunately my daughter was able to Zelle the amount of my services to one of the owners and my problem was solved.! But I enjoyed my services there and I appreciate it the trust they extended to me. It was my first time visiting, thank you so much World nails.

I really appreciate how patient and honest these guys are! There was a certain style that I wanted and the guy didn’t know how to do it and had another nail tech do it for me! He could’ve easily been like “sure I’ll do it! ” And it would’ve been a disaster! Instead he was honest and for that I truly appreciate it!

Onn was amazing! I’m from out of town and was nervous to get my nails done by someone than our usual family friend but my artist was excellent and very nice. Would recommend and will come back when we visit family again.

Had me waiting for over 3 hours to get a pedicure just to ended up not getting it, the customer service was horrible they just kept telling me I was next but that was not the case. They prioritize the customers who are getting full sets not matter how long everybody else has been waiting. Never coming back Pedicure

Called at 530pm for a pedicure. Asked how many clients were waiting for service he said none. Upon arrival 4 ppl were waiting and 6 being serviced. Waited 15 minutes and left.
