I came in for the first time and Nina was awesome, friendly, and did a perfect gel mani for me! If I lived in the area, I would come back for sure. The salon was nice and spacious and the prices very reasonable! I was so happy!

Yesterday (4/20/22), I visited this nail salon after not being in there in quite a few years. And let me tell you what! These ladies and gentlemen were so busy when I got there that I waited 30-45 minutes past my appointment time (I work in the service industry and I know how it goes, so no trouble for me. Plus I got to watch HGTV ♀️) and they did so amazing getting through everyone just in the time I was there. And this is before I even got my nails done…..so now onto those……I’ve had full sets before and I’ve had almond shape nails before. But I have never had such a beautifully done set like I have now I have been smiling about them ever since I saw them just about done. And I’m absolutely kicking myself for not getting the girls card (but I do remember she was at station 4) but omg go in there. So worth any wait time!

I went in for a fill and I had Cindy, #11. The shape of the nails wasn’t how I wanted it done, I’m not a fan of shapes like this and since I work with money, this shape will make it a little difficult to grab change. I wanted square with rounded edges. I wanted a shiny silver tips and the design on the ring finger is how I wanted but it does have flaws. I had to tell her multiple times how I wanted silver tips and she still didn’t do it, but I was there from 10am to 11:40am and I didn’t have the time for her to correct it since I had to be at work by noon. Besides, if she didn’t understand “silver on the tip of the nails” the first 4 times I said it, she probably wouldn’t have done it the way i wanted anyways. It is not perfect at all so I paid $42 and walked away. I still left her a tip for her time. I might give this place another chance but with another nail technician.

The lady who did my nails was nice but didn’t speak a lick of English which lead to lots of confusion. When I told her what I wanted she went ahead and did her own thing and changed the entire shape of my nails, not only that but they are all different shapes. Then when I asked her to fix the shape she just buffed them and said “Better”. When it was time to pick a color she wouldn’t let me pick the one I wanted and instead told me another one that would “look better”. After that she took my nails out of the U.V light way to early every time and it caused bubbling and texture. She also didn’t even paint my entire nail, missed the sides completely. When I was done I paid and decided not to tip since it was an awful experience. Once my boyfriend saw them he got so frustrated with how bad they looked, he told me that we had to go back in. When we went back in the guy we talked to was extremely rude and not helpful. He kept yelling at us then it was time to fix them…. The lady put another top coat on and called it a day and that was her idea of fixing it. My thumb nails look like a big bubble of acrylic… I will not be returning and I hope the people reading this review won’t return either.

They were fast and the price is fair. My nails are definitely not perfect but still look cute and they understood what I wanted. Would definitely use as my backup salon if my #1 is busy.

Don’t waste your money here they don’t do it right then your nails break after two days they tell you they will fix them for free then once you get there they tell you it’s not went twice in a span of three days because they kept messing up will never go here again

I go here just about every time that I want to get my nails done. However the last time I was there I ended up asking for a new set and I asked for them to be shorter than usual. As the lady was doing my nails they started talking to one another and talking about me, making fun at the fact I got short nails and talking about how it was a waste and I should go to Walmart, also heard how the lady that was doing my nails was going to charge me full price regardless then another employee that worked there walked up to grab money from the lady that was doing my mails and she laughed at them….this was very unprofessional and I hope they know that there are people out here that can speak their language and can translate these things. I felt embarrassed I still tipped her $10 however I hope to never be disrespected and talked about in such ways….this is there job and their job is to do nails the way people want them done. I hope everyone starts listening to how these people talk about their customers. It was disrespectful and unprofessional all around. Won’t be going back here as my money and my business wasn’t good enough for them.

DO NOT CONE HERE! Don’t bother making appointments because they don’t follow them. There was an elder woman waiting for 3 hours and other people go in after her when she had an appointment! Completely unorganized and unsanitary. Everytime I leave with a set they leave bumps under my nails that I had to get off myself with my husbands tools. Go to tracy nails off of gratiot. It’s a fabulous experience. 10/10 don’t recommend world nails.

I went to #2 and she was awful. Very rough, buzzing the bare skin, and then very pushy with me!! Took her 10 minutes to do my nails when normally it takes 40 mins. She completely slopped my design on there and it looked horrible. Middle finger completely crooked it looked dislocated?? She did the shape completely wrong and overall didn’t even try

Never will I come back to this place the guy who did my nails I did not like him at all he was rude I’ve never had a place ruin my nails as bad as they did my one thumb nail broke off and took my actual nail with it. I ended up going to med express because my thumb nail hurt bad and didn’t look good I’ll come to get then mmm polished every now and then but this experience has ruined the thought of getting acrylics again
