Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy 17 year old cousin went to get her nails cut down and polished for graduation. The guy there named Thomas tricked her into getting gel polish which she had not requested. While looking through the colors on the wall, he decided to go into his stash in the back never informing us that it was gel polish he was retrieving. They offered the same exact color in regular polish as with gel. So when he pulled it out and asked if we like the color, we said yes. We had no idea he was switching it to gel polish when as I said we were looking at the regular polishes on the wall. He charged us $40 to cut down and polish her nails. I feel that that was a great deception and the nails did not even look as well as the ones she came in with initially. My 17 year old cousin went to get her nails cut down and polished for graduation. The guy there named Thomas tricked her into getting gel polish which she had not requested. There were still other people’s nails on the table from the day before they didn’t clean up.
