Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy recent experiences here with the younger male technician have made me decide not to return for pedicures. I have been a customer at World Nails for many years but recently I have had several bad experiences with this individual. He spends way too much time looking at his phone, texting and answering phone calls and not enough time focusing on what he is supposed to be doing. I recently had to ask him to repaint my nails because he did such a bad job the first time, which added an additional 45 minutes to my pedicure. I got a pedicure from him yesterday and again he did a very sloppy job, but I was short on time and did not have time to wait for him to fix them because he is so slow. I ended up having to go to another nail salon to have them repainted and they discovered a hole in my nail that I think was caused by this individual doing a poor job of removing my gel polish. He often starts the pedicure and then walks away to use his phone or do whatever and I would rather be getting a pedicure from someone that is more focused. If you do visit World Nails I would highly recommend asking for someone other than this young man if you wish to have a positive experience. My recent experiences here with the younger male technician have made me decide not to return for pedicures. I have been a customer at World Nails for many years but recently I have had several bad experiences with this individual. He spends way too much time looking at his phone, texting and answering phone calls and not enough time focusing on what he is supposed to be doing.
