I’ve been going here for 15 years off and on( because I moved outta state) but never again.I came in yesterday for a full set per my normal with extra acrylic and paid $97. They looked very nice… Long story short went home washed four of cheap plastic plates from Walmart (50 cent one) two nails snap in half. Well I called to asked about what I paid for because my nails are super then and snapped….

I called in they said to wait 30 minutes, 30 minutes later I arrived they gave me a seat to get a pedicure, when that was done they told me since I didn’t schedule an appointment I’d have to wait to till 6,(3hours). They did a great job on the pedi, just need to organize there schedule.
