Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLady was very rude this is supposed to be Shilac these are a pic of my nails the next day. She said it had to be make up or curling iron I don’t wear make up and as far as curling go I have a wig install. My feet look the same way any excuse not to fix my polish smh. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI took my daughters to get their nails filled here and it was horribly dirty, but oh well it’s just nails. It took 1 hour and thirty minutes because they kept switching between the three people that worked there. Their was only 1 other person there. She charged the girl in front of us $5 for using the credit card. I looked for sign but it was not posted. We were charged $90 for two fill ins it was posted that it should have been $60. I asked her why, she said they were that bad. She was being so rude and kept telling us she had to fix the mess that the previous place did. They were not bad just a typical fill in. I paid and will never return. I took my daughters to get their nails filled here and it was horribly dirty, but oh well it’s just nails. It took 1 hour and thirty minutes because they kept switching between the three people that worked there. Their was only 1 other person there. She charged the girl in front of us $5 for using the credit card. I looked for sign but it was not posted. We were charged $90 for two fill ins it was posted that it should have been $60. Critical: ValueI went here for the first time yesterday and I will not be going back ever lol. It was a bit weird to have one person file my color off and not say anything and go sit back down. I went here for the first time yesterday and I will not be going back ever lol. It was a bit weird to have one person file my color off and not say anything and go sit back down. The other 2 girls were busy and I patiently waited for one of them to be done to put on 2 nails and fill in the rest. The finished product I really loved but she charged me 60.00??? for a fill. I tipped her and she charged an additional 5.00 to use my card, there are no signs posted cash only or notifying people that they prefer cash. Critical: QualityMy nails are so uneven. I got dipped tips and each nail is a different length. Apparently getting a full set isn’t the same as a manicure either, because I had to ask them to cut hangnails!!!! I’m sorry, but $80 and you don’t even do a full manicure??! Toenails are terrible too. The polish isn’t even and they chipped before I even left the salon. I also had to ask them to put a topcoat over the nails because they wouldn’t have otherwise.Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nailsMy nails are so uneven. My nails are so uneven. I got dipped tips and each nail is a different length. Apparently getting a full set isn’t the same as a manicure either, because I had to ask them to cut hangnails!!!! I’m sorry, but $80 and you don’t even do a full manicure??! Toenails are terrible too. The polish isn’t even and they chipped before I even left the salon. I also had to ask them to put a topcoat over the nails because they wouldn’t have otherwise.

Mind you this was the first time I’ve ever had my nail done and I am so disappointed. Somehow my “$25 full set” ended up costing me $62. Very upsetting. Then she refused our card payments even though it says they take card, made us go to the atm next door and when that didn’t work she finally took our cards. My friend gets her nails done all the time, but this was her first time here as well. She was equally unhappy with her nails. My nails are bumpy and not smooth, the flower decal that she did was rushed and they are not pretty. I’m very very unhappy with this place. Never again.
