Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going here for a few weeks now, but around two weeks ago I went in for a fill. I decided to try matte acrylics for the first time and was not pleased. That night I went home and some of the nails began to bubble and crack. I went in to get them fixed (requesting all of them to be re-done) and the nail tech only fixed the three that were very noticeable. After getting them fixed, the next few days they began to bubble and crack again (the fixed ones and the nails she wouldn’t fix the first time). A few days later one of the nails chipped (just the acrylic, not my actual nail) and came off. I didn’t have the time to come in and get them fixed that week because I was very busy, but a week after the first fix I went in requesting them to all be re-done (like I requested the first time). The original nail tech wasn’t there, but after explaining my situation a different nail tech told me that I just needed a fill because I’ve waited so long (not offering to fix them for free like they should have). I left, not wanting to pay for another fill when I still should have had another week or so with these.My sister went to have her eyebrows waxed from here and the person that did them waxed over the same spot twice, and ripped the skin off from above her eyebrow, not to mention they were very crooked.Neither of us will be returning to this salon.I’ve been going here for a few weeks now, but around two weeks ago I went in for a fill. I’ve been going here for a few weeks now, but around two weeks ago I went in for a fill. I decided to try matte acrylics for the first time and was not pleased. That night I went home and some of the nails began to bubble and crack. I went in to get them fixed (requesting all of them to be re-done) and the nail tech only fixed the three that were very noticeable.
