PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE AND READ MY REVIEW. I have been coming to see Helen and Candy for years! Since they opened up, the last few times were horrible and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. NO MORE. I will never come back after what they did to my nail! I have never had any problems with my nails and I take very good care of them. I went in to get my acrylics filled and a week later noticed my middle finger was not growing how it should be. To my horror i now have a HOLE in my nails. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This used to be my favorite manicure pedicure spot but after multiple problems and years of giving then a chance this is the final straw. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AND FIND A MORE SANITARY NAIL SALON. They charge prices based on however they choose and are not sanitary in the least bit. Save your nails from this salon!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just left WNS. They’re very efficient! They have three types of package deals. I got the full package one (I think that’s $40 for mani). The full package comes with leg massage. Not your basic 5 minutes massage. They use paraffin wrap and hot towels. That, and with the massaging chair going, I almost fell asleep lol.I had three acrylic nails put in on shorter nails, and did gel for both manicure and pedicure with glitter. Everything came to $93. I have never had a bad experience doing my nails before. I am not a person who likes posting bad comments to anyone’s business, but Woodside Nails Spa has someone working there that shouldn’t be there. I should I’ve asked for her name, she demonstrated with her actions and mediocre attitude that she dislikes when people tell her that it hurts while she is cutting someones nails. My mother and I went for the first time there and obviously we go there because we don’t know how to do our nails. Of course, we cut them wrong so that is why we went so they can help our nails look nicer and we can feel more confident. The quality of service is also poor. We were not happy at all with the quality of service we received and of course I left only a $10 tip for the lady that made my nails. She was the only one that seemed more matured there. Helen if you want your business to be successful please get rid of that person or give her some training on how to treat people the right way because I paid you, but I will never go back to your business ever again! I highly recommend that if someone else feels that you are made fun of or not treated the right way at a nails spa like this one please just don’t and find another place that makes you feel confident and comfortable with the quality of service.

I would not recommend this place even with an appointment your wait is over 10 minutes. Better time management is needed and colors are outdated and it is not a relaxing place. They charge too much for a pedicure $40 i get the exact same pedicure for $25 and it includes a hot stone massage in San Carlos. Owner Helen rushed through nails and did a terrible job i wont be back.
