I expected a lil more relaxation than I received. I enjoyed the massage and the facial. I was not happy with the rush job I received with the pedicure. I looked forward to the quiet room between sessions. I did express that to the young lady at the from desk. I will try again next month. I will probably bring my daughter next time.

Head to Toe Package was given to me as a Christmas gift… First off when making an appointment they want your credit card right away! There is definitely a pampered feeling, there is a quiet room while you wait being offered infused hot tea or water… there snacks also. Massage was first… each room has a sign ‘Quiet please’! As he gives you a massage he uptalk’s about the add-ons that are available…not quiet! The same with the Facialist… uptalk’s… Pedicure was a pedicure with no uptalk actually! The sessions are only 50 mins… not 60 mins! You are paying for all their overhead! I have had better and more relaxing massages and facials for half the price in a truly quiet atmosphere! Pedicure wasn’t any better than other places. Then came time to pay… WOW! With the 2 add-ons and tip… they do expect you to tip 20% on each service and will not tip each in the manner you asked them too! I am a hairstylist and have my own one chair salon… I do not expect any of my clients to tip 20%… I don’t EXPECT any tips! They tip what THEY CHOOSE to tip me… sometimes they can’t afford it and I understand! This experience was Not worth the money… or the entitled atmosphere that hits you when you walk in! I did call and have them remove my profile and my credit card on file! Did not trust them having it! Just my gut feeling!

We went in for the couple’s package and it was the best spa day I have had. Their facials were very good. They looked at my skin under a magnifying glass and recommended what type of facial would be best. They used high quality products and I could see the difference in my skin afterwards. We also had a swedish massage here. My masseuse was very knowledgeable and could feel which areas needed more work. Highly satisfied with the service!

I have been to several massage places around town, and this is by far the most luxurious! The atmosphere is everything you would expect from a high end spa, yet comfortable at the same time. The robes are so cozy, you will want to take one home! My husband and I had a couples massage, and we were both extremely pleased! He likes a bit firmer pressure than me, and the therapists customized our experience to fit our needs. We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking to spoil themselves with some pampering!

I went for a massage a few weeks ago. The only thing I specified was that I have a muscle spasm in my shoulder that I wanted work on. The masseuse spent the entire time working on my calves and then told me we didn’t have enough time for my shoulders. The massage was fine, but it’s annoying to get a service that isn’t the one you requested…especially at their prices.

I have had 3 massages, 2 facials, and 2 pedicures at The Woodhouse Day Spa and enjoyed every minute. It is a very relaxing environment. They give you a lavender neck pillow to use while enjoying the relaxation room. It is very quiet and you do no hear any outside noise during your spa treatment. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I took my mom for a Mother’s day gift and we had such a nice time! My husband and I also went and he enjoyed it very much! The Woodhouse Day Spa is very clean and accommodating.
