Where they go above and beyond the customer service level and experience. The cost is affordable and service is off the charts. I loved my massage and my facial! Both girls were great! The only downfall I had was the girl at the front desk/podium, she had the personality of a tomato. She asked me and my sister if we wanted anything to drink, we told her, she never gave it to us. She hardly said anything as we went upstairs, she gave us our robes and that was it…we didn’t even know we had lockers with our names on them….we discovered it ourselves. She was very dry with zero people skills. Other than that it was a great experience, and I will go back. I just hope there is a more friendly and outgoing person in the front next time.

This place is a rip off my wife had to cancel her appointment due to me having COVID so they charged her the full amount being that it was less than 24 hr notice. I talked to them on the phone myself and they said that’s just the way it is so I don’t understand if they just let people in there that have been exposed to COVID or could possibly have COVID but that’s not the way you should run a business to me. I feel as though we were ripped off.

Terrible “massage”. I booked a tranquil stone and was not massaged at all until the very end for a fleeting moment and then the “massage” was over. I would not recommend booking any services with woodhouse and do not recommend Becky, unfortunately, as she is a very nice person. I really wish management would have handled my poor experience with a little more respect and humility rather than placing the blame on the customer. Well done woodhouse!
