Would not recommend this place. They are not respectful of your time. Will schedule appointments and when you get there, nonchalantly and unapologetically, tell you they put someone else in the room that you should be in for your service and you have to wait 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. No offer of an enhancement or anything as a consolation for their mistake. The only positive thing- the younger lady in the front was nice.

Woodhouse Day Spa was my first ever day spa experience and I realized I forgot to write a review back then. I was given a lavish present for a big birthday year from the last person I ever expected it from so it was a huge surprise. It was a half day of true pampering. I never had a 4 hand (two massage therapists) massage which was extremely relaxing or a vichy shower mud treatment. It was the epitome of luxury. I went by myself so I enjoyed the solitude and serenity of their well appointed waiting room. The staff was skilled and the entire experience was memorable when I went years ago.

Love this place. Went for my mothers birthday. The ladies were so helpful and accommodating. They let us decorate in the room and bring food. They also provided ice and water. The estheticians were very professional and clean. I’m definitely gonna come back. I feel so relaxed I don’t have the words to correctly articulate how amazing my experience was. 5/5 would DEFINITELY recommend this place.

The massage was nice! However I did arrive about 4-5 mins late for my massage so I expected to start a bit late and immediately after filling out the questionnaire but I was in the waiting area for an additional 15 minutes so my 50 minutes turned into only 25 and they didn’t adjust the price or extend the time. It’s understandable taking time off for me being late but not for them taking almost 20 minutes to get started after I arrived. I was disappointed in that so not sure if I will be back. Good customer service is just as important as the actual service.

Great place, very clean, only thing is the pedicure lady really doesn’t massage your legs and feet. Did a great job clipping my toenails. Massage lady was very good.
