My father recently passed away, and I brought my mother here for her birthday and some relaxation. Neither of us had been to Woodhouse before, so I thought it would be a nice treat. I briefly mentioned to the staff why we were there while checking in: I wanted my mom to have fun on her special day, and forget about how difficult the last few months had been. The spa was lovely. Staff who performed our facials and massages were fantastic. Facilities were very nice, calming, and clean. But what I really want to review is how absolutely wonderful, kind, and caring the girls who worked the front desk are. Upon checking out, they handed my mom a gift. After opening, it was a beautifully written sympathy card for my mother along with a gorgeous wind chime. We couldn’t believe that the staff would hear our brief mention of dad’s passing and go above and beyond to do something like this. Dad has been gone less than a week, so this was a really big day for us. My mom’s first birthday without her husband, and we have dad’s funeral in a few days. The kindness and thoughtfulness they showed my mom was so special…we will never forget this. Thank you to the staff who so thoughtfully cared enough to make my mom’s day extra special. You all don’t know how much that meant to us both. Thank you so much from our family to you! You made what could’ve been a sad and difficult day for us both bearable, and happy.

This place is incredible, there are seriously no words. I came here with my girlfriend for a couples massage. I had Na’Saijah and she had Ben and they were both great. They really know what they are doing to make sure that you walk out of that room feeling relaxed and satisfied. Overall, such a great experience; definitely needed. This place met all my expectation and most importantly, the staff makes you feel so comfortable. They offered us snacks and drinks. LOVE that. They are so attentive. I will definitely come back!

Great place, I love the atmosphere, but I definitely feel like it’s overpriced. A basic facial was $180 . When I go to my normal place it’s half the price and still the same atmosphere and quality and the products are the same . My husband always gets me a gift card here for my birthday $275 which is a lot of money , i felt today like it was a wasted gift I’m super disappointed. I always look forward to coming here . But I’ve realized I can get so much more at other places. Last year I was able to get a nice massage and nice facial with the amount he bought from them last year at Woodhouse day spa . Now its one or the other this year for the same price . So if you want a facial I’d go other places they are well over priced.

Staff is very pleasant. You can tell they love their jobs. Massage was great, as good as any I have ever received (probably 200+ in my life). Inside the spa it was much different than I expected, the amenities were very nice. Shower, Robe & slippers included!

I been to this place a couple of times and had a great experience. The place is beautiful and peaceful the staff is pretty friendly. Never really paid much attention to price cause everything always seemed reasonable even with add ons but the last visit it where i was charged $140 for a basic facial. I was shocked. i have never paid $140 for a basic facial and they told me that’s the normal price . I was left with no choice but to pay for the services but definitely will not be back. I have had much better facials for better price. Looked everywhere for prices and can’t be found.
