The staff was professional and it was a first class environment from start to finish. Maria helped put together a great Christmas gift for my Mom while working with my complex schedule. Savannah gave a great massage that left my body feeling refreshed, but also communicated with me on troubled areas. My experience at The Woodhouse Spa was one of the most enjoyable services I have payed for in a long time. The staff was professional and it was a first class environment from start to finish. Maria helped put together a great Christmas gift for my Mom while working with my complex schedule. I had such a relaxing day at Woodhouse. I loved every minute of it. The ambiance, the friendly, professional staff, the treatments – all of it made my day. I received a mani/pedi and black sand rejuvenation prior to my wedding. I will absolutely be back in the future.

Enjoyed a nice facial and also a massage about a month ago. Great atmosphere and therapist was solid. Kinda picky as I’m a massage therapist myself. Make sure to get there early for time in quiet room before too!

Wonderful experience! I have been to other woodhouse locations and this was the best facial I’ve had at any one! Good selection of services, beverages and snacks. The rooms are always very clean, well stocked and relaxing. Love the atmosphere at Woodhouse spas and I always can’t wait to go again.

I really enjoy the Woodhouse Spa! It’s always a treat to come here. Pedicures and facial are my favorite treatments at this location. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The whole experience is must have and must do!

Had a mom/daughter spa day last week. 2 days before Valentine’s Day. We arrived 15-20 mins early & the doors were locked, they ask for you to call upon arrival but our phones didn’t get service & the call would not connect. Eventually we got through but then it felt very rushed from there. We were freezing from standing outside & the receptionist showed no compassion. The waiting room area was pretty full too. My massage was average 5 out of 10, my daughter said hers was great but it was also her first. We also had facials which were awesome. We would rate those a 10. It’s a beautiful spa. I would give it another try on a less busy day.

Massage was just okay. Very pricey. 45 minutes for $110 plus tip. The ambiance is what you pay for. Beautiful house they turned into a spa. Staff were very friendly.

Critical: Communication, QualityBefore writing this review I gave Woodhouse Spa two different forms of feedback and requested to be contacted. One on a feedback form and a survey they sent. They have not responded to either.The environment is lovely. Sitting in the quiet room before my massage was the best part.The massage was very mediocre. I communicated with my therapist that I wanted to have my muscles worked out and even sore the next day. It was the lightest message I have ever had. At some points it was like someone was just rubbing me.
