Disorganized, unprofessional and terrible customer service. I get frequent massages. Booked this place for a bridal shower – they transcribed the wrong time, even after we called the day before to confirm the appointment date and time and ask for the intake forms we were told had to be filled out in advance but were never sent. I’ve made appointments at their Bethesda location in the past and always received confirmation emails and intake forms immediately. Not the case with this place. Day of, an extremely rude manager called to say our appointment was at 4pm instead of 5pm. We rushed to arrive and were again yelled at, told that they couldn’t have made a mistake and told we would pay full price for no services despite it being an issue on their end. They only started treating us with more civility after I said this was my bridal shower and I was a customer of their other location – not a novice to a spa, even if we didn’t look like their typical clientele. After this, they agreed to let us use the remaining time in the hour. Once inside, it was chaotic and not relaxing at all – we kept getting mixed up for one another, and it was very confusing who was getting what service. One woman who was supposed to get a manicure was told there was no time so she had to get a massage instead – then was interrupted 5 minutes into the massage to go back to the manicurist – then given a “pedicure” to paint her toenails a single coat of a color she insisted she didn’t want and then charged $75. Overall, the main issue was that they were deeply disorganized, hostile without provocation, and treated us like we didn’t belong there. It is stressful and not relaxing to spend time at a spa that functions chaotically.

Best spa I’ve been to. They’re so kind. It’s so relaxing and rejuvenating. I’ve had facials and massages with many different estheticians and masseuses at the Gaithersburg, MD location. It’s such an amazing way to treat yourself. There’s a convenient free parking garage right near by. Don’t hesitate to check it out!

My friends and I had a horrible experience here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were celebrating a girls’ weekend and wanted to relax by getting massages and facials, but this place completely ruined our outing. My best friend’s facial ended with her in tears and a gash on her eyebrow. The woman giving her the facial talked very condescendingly to my friend as she continued to dig in her eyebrow. She wound up getting up in the middle of her facial, crying from the pain. This of course put a damper on all of our spa treatments. The front desk staff seemed concerned and did what they “could,” but giving her a gift card as an apology was cheap, as if my friend (or any of us for that matter) would ever want to return! On top of that, my massage was the least satisfying massage I’ve ever had and certainly not worth $120. We will surely never be back. Don’t waste your time or money – find somewhere else.

Worst spa experience of my life. They mixed up the time of my booking, didn’t apologize for it or show any sympathy, and then tried to charge me $75.

DO NOT GO HERE. Went to this spa for my sister in law’s bridal shower. We called multiple times to confirm appointment time, never received a confirmation text or email, and then were told an hour before our appointment was in their calendar as being at 4 pm, not 5. Manager was pretty rude and insistent that she could only provide us partial services after we rushed to get there. Ultimately we were charged an insane amount for short, rushed massages that were 15 minutes long, and $75 for a 20 minute pedicure without a top coat, etc. I frequent many spas, and the customer service here was the worst I’ve seen. I’ve spread the word to my DC/Maryland friends that this place is a nightmare but wanted to share too.

I am a bit disappointed at this location. Although the front desk staff and actual masseurs are very nice and welcoming, the lack of organization and disregard for preferences is very noticeable. I tried three different occasions and only one of the three times I came out with a good experience. On my second visit I enjoyed my massaged and thought maybe the first time it was a fluke and scheduled me a new appt with the same provider and extended my massage to an 80 min instead of the 60 I originally had. Came to my appt just to find out the person I scheduled with is no longer working and nobody called me to let me know. Further, I specially requested male providers as I feel more comfortable that way and they assigned me a female provider. No call, no text, nothing not even an I’m sorry for the inconvenience. For the amount of money being spent on the massage I would think they might have better communication and or being able to accommodate their clients requests.

Terrible Service- the only reason I went there was because my manicurist and massage therapist started working there. I’ve been there about 4 times and I usually pay ahead, like that I can just walk out after the services, a lady ran after me screaming at me because I needed to pay, even though they have a credit card on file. Never got her name, funny hair and very thin.

Wonderful facial from Fasiba! Great experience from booking, locker rooms, relaxation room, and facial. Also appreciated I could leave a tip with my credit card. Booking online wasnt working for me, so calling made it much easier to schedule two appointments to start at the same time. Very easy and very relaxing!

First time at a spa. Went with a friend. I “started off” with the $185 Illumination facial. Never having had a facial, I asked her if the stuff she put on was supposed to tingle. She said “not that one” so she changed me to what she called the hydrafacial. I’m thinking I am being downgraded because the chemicals are too much for me. She NEVER told me there was a price increase nor was there any discussion of money. To my astonishment when I paid, there was a $100 difference price increase! They have a racket going. She even gave me a Vit C mask. During the facial she said, I’m putting this Vit C mask on you.” I wondered why she was telling me that, thinking it was included in the facial and she was just telling me what she was doing. It was not included! It was an added cost of like $40 to an already $285 facial that was upgraded from the $185 one I went in for. My friend had the exact same facial (she had scheduled a hydrafacial from the beginning) as my “changed one,” at the exact same time as me, but by a different esthetician. She had her arms and legs massaged. I did not receive a hand or leg massage for the same $285 facial! I called and talked to a manager who said she would talk to her management team and get back to me by the end of the week, but she never did. So I called again. This lady got back to me a few hours later. The esthetician lied to the manager and said she told me the price differences. She did not. There was never any discussion of money during that facial. They offered me a $25 gift card. I told them they could keep it. I won’t be back. Rip-off place. Felt like the same time I got ripped off by a car salesmen. What has happened to customer service?!
