The treatment I received on my birthday was phenomenal. The staff were so accommodating, kind and my 80 min massage was superb. It was so what I needed that I stayed in the lounge after my massage for almost 1.5 hours. I didn’t want to leave but I will definitely be back!!

Had a little scheduling snafu, which wasn’t a big deal to my husband and I. We don’t treat ourselves often so we were happy to chill in the relaxation room. Yet Ashley, in management, still went above and beyond to make things right! The massage therapist my husband wound up seeing actually gave him the best massage he has had yet! Shout out to Theo! And Paris, who I saw was also amazing! Definitely made our day!

When I arrived, the ladies at the front counter were very welcoming and professional. The waiting room was clean and relaxing. I was then greeted by Sonja for a pedicure. She introduced herself to me and stated, “Before you enter this room you must wear a mask.” That was fine with me. She took me to the room and had me sit in the chair. She snapped at me because I accidentally knocked the towel off the bowl into the water. She then asked me what service I was getting. I told her the service and the add on I requested online when making the appointment. She then abruptly stated, “I’m sorry ma’am, but I was running late and I didn’t look at your appointment!” She then stated that I should’ve just got the premium service. She then started complaining about her allergies. She was also slinging her tools around. In addition, she put the wrong polish on my toes. She indicated that her allergies were affecting her sight. The reason I paid double to go to the spa, than I would at a nail salon in the neighborhood, was for the relaxing ambiance. I am very disappointed and I feel I wasted my money. Sonja was very rude towards me. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or was angry that I didn’t select a “premium service”. I understand that we have bad days, but to take it out on the customer is not right.

Literally the worst experience ever. To get there on time and wait to check in because other customers need help ; to then being told since we are starting late what areas hurt and I’m only paying for 30 min…… told her forget it I’m not paying for a rushed service. Will never come back

Almost a complete one stop shop all that’s missing is a salon but perfect place to get nails done massage ♀️ and facial treatments ♀️they have wonderful options of treatments you can choose from my favorite is the holistic body detox I love the hot and cold treatment from the Vichy shower and the waiting area is so nice and relaxing for a perfect day of relaxing I recommend Woodhouse Day Spa

I had a fantastic massage with Debra but I won’t be going back until they fix their sound system. The music constantly fluctuates between too loud, cutting out, cutting back on at low volume and then back to too loud. It was like that the last time I had a massage 2 months ago so clearly they haven’t fixed it. I had to ask the therapist to turn it off in the room. Come on WDS! Music is part of the spa experience and to have the sound system messed up ruins the experience, especially when you are trying to enjoy a massage. I’ll be going to Avalon instead even though I live across the street from you.
